Test Shoot

I did a test shoot in a different location, this time the woods at Wollaton Park in Nottingham. The shoot didn't go very well because it was too bright outside. I did the shoot at around 4pm, instantly regretting the timing as soon as I set up my camera settings. I managed to still get a few test shots with an exposure of 2 seconds when I was using an exposure time of around 8 seconds before. The images came out overexposed but I tried the best I could with the lighting I was given to get as many test shots as I could in the hour I had.

These are the results I was left with:

I saw that a different part of the woods appeared more shaded from the sun so moved the camera and subject here for a few more shots. They were still slightly overexposed but they were a little better than the previous ones:

After this shoot I knew that I needed to take my images in the evening and not just venture out at anytime due to the long exposures I was working with.
